What platform templates are supported for importing orders?

Click on the header in the upper right corner to enter the "Dashboard" page, then click under "Order Management" to enter the "Order Import" page.
You can import orders from shopify, Amazon, and generic templates. After filling in the template file, select Import.
Note: The imported templates should correspond to the platform template and template type:
1、Import generic template file to choose the platform can be: Alibaba, or other; template type: generic template type.
2、Import shopify template file to choose the platform: shopify; template type: shopify template
3、Import amazon template file to choose the platform: Amazon; template type: Amazon template
