By checking "Order" page, you will get details about orders. Orders will be shown with the following statuses:

1. Need Approval

Your order is imported from your store, but you haven't synced some products for orders or the order can't be shipped to the address. You could sync or ignore those products for the first situation. And for the second situation, you could edit the address or contact us.

2. Unpaid

Your order was placed without paying. Please purchase order as soon as possible, or this order will be closed in 21 days.

3. Awaiting Production

Once paid, the order will turn to 'Awaiting Production' status. It means the order has been added to production list, waiting for production.

4. In Production

Products are in production process.

5. Awaiting Shipment

When production starts, the order will turn to 'Awaiting Shipment'. In this process, the order will be produced and packaged, and wait for shipping.

6. Package

The order has been packaged and is awaiting shipment.

7. Pick up

The order is picked up by the logistic provider.

8. Shipping

Your order has been shipped. You can track your orders on the order details. The order may contain products that do not ship together. So remember to track all packages.

9. Delivered

When all packages are delivered, the order status will be 'Delivered'.

10. Completed

When the customer didn't ask for product returns within 2 weeks, the order status will be 'Completed'. The customer can write a review about this shopping.

11. Cancellation

You can cancel your order as long as you don't pay for the order. If you want to cancel after paying, you should contact our support team in time.

12. Refunded

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

13. Closed

If you don't purchase order in time within 21 days, your order will be closed. By the way, if we can't fulfill your imported order due to the unreachable region, the order will be closed.
